Another triumph for Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics

An extremely successful weekend for Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics, which won a total of 13 medals at various championships in Europe and North America.

National athlete Elvira Krasnobaeva won silver and bronze medals in the individual finals, as well as a silver medal in the women’s all-around at the first Grand Prix Rhythmic Gymnastics tournament of the 2024 season in Tartu, Estonia.

This weekend Bulgaria also won the girls’ team event at the Miss Valentine 2024 International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament in Tartu. The country was represented by the national girls team individually consisting of Dara Malinova, Magdalena Valkova, Alexa Rasheva and Alexandra Shaluyeva.

The Bulgarians scored 327.100 points to win the team title at the 30th-anniversary edition of Miss Valentine.

In Chicago, our gymnast Nicole Todorova took part in the prestigious “Vitry Stars” tournament, during which she won the all-around title, three gold medals – on hoop, clubs, and ribbon, and a silver medal on shot put.
