Rossi McKee and Milo Borisov congratulated the scorer Jemili and attended a training session of Levski

Jawad El Jemili, who scored 8 goals for Levski in the current season of the championship, was pleasantly surprised before today’s training by Rossi McKee and Milo Borisov, who are the founders of the Sport in Bulgaria Foundation. They attended today’s conditioning session of the blue team and congratulated the coach Nikolay Kostov and his staff after the team’s 3:0 victory over Etar.

Jawad El Jemili scored two goals of the match. He was transferred exactly a year ago from the Cypriot “Akritas Chlorakas” to the blue club, the amount for the transfer was provided entirely through a donation from the “Sport in Bulgaria” Foundation. The winger promised to continue his good performances in the blue jersey. Milo Borisov and Rossi McKee also talked to coach Kostov about the way the preparation for the matches is going. “Our trainings are multi-phase and strenuous. Most people don’t know that the players are on the red line during a game, raising their heart rate to almost 200 beats, which requires extreme preparation,” the coach said. The other players on the blue team issued a call for more frequent meetings.

Recently, interest in El Jemili has increased and there has been talk of football attention for him from teams in the big leagues. Javad was born on September 4, 2002. He plays on the wing position and is a youth player of Espanyor from Barcelona, Spain. He signed a contract with Levski on February 22, 2023. His first match was on 28 February 2023 against Ludogorets Razgrad, and he scored his first goal on 22 July 2023 against Botev in Plovdiv. For the season 2023 – 2024 he played 19 championship matches in which he scored 8 goals and had 3 assists. He has also played 6 matches in European tournaments. Total games for both seasons are 36 in which he has scored 8 goals. Sport in Bulgaria Foundation works actively with both individual athletes and professional clubs.

,,We are glad that we were able to help the transfer of Javad El Jamili through the Sport in Bulgaria Foundation. He fit perfectly into the Blue team and only a year after that he is already showing excellent results for Levski”, said Milo Borisov.
