Bulgarian swimmer Tsanko Tsankov, together with his manager Niki Iliev, visited the office of the “Sport in Bulgaria Foundation” to express gratitude for the support he received following his Molokai swimming. The meeting was informal, with the foundation’s teams and representatives from supporting companies having the opportunity to ask questions, take photos with him, and wish him success in future challenges.
During the visit, Tsankov shared insights about his remarkable achievement—the swim between the islands of Molokai and Oahu in the Pacific Ocean, one of the longest and most challenging open-water races. He recounted the difficulties he faced during the marathon, including encounters with jellyfish, low temperatures, and the demanding weather conditions.
With this great achievment, Tsanko Tsankov once again showcased his determination and dedication to sports, inspiring everyone present with his story and his ambition to continue setting new records in open-water swimming.
