Excellent performance of Bulgarian gymnasts at the World Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics in Baku. Bulgaria was represented by individual athletes Elvira Krasnobaeva and Eva Brezalieva, who won a total of four medals – three silver and one bronze.

Elvira Krasnobaeva won the silver medal in the all-around and silver in the ribbon final. Svetlana Yurievna’s pupil also recorded seventh place in hoop, fifth place in shot put and fourth position in clubs.

Eva Brezalieva also came home with two awards. Branimira Markova’s pupil won a silver medal in the shot put final and a bronze in the hoop. Brezalieva also recorded a seventh place in the ribbon final, while in the all-around standings, she remained in tenth position.
