Sport in Bulgaria Foundation supported professional boxer Vladimir Georgiev defeated Juan Ruiz of Venezuela in the main event of MAX FIGHT 57.

The competitor for the boxing club Levski achieved his success with complete unanimity of the judges. Throughout the match, Wladimir relied on body attacks to get Ruiz off his guard. The Burgas man used a high volume of front-hand punches to break through the defense with his back hand afterward. He delighted the Bulgarian crowd at the Levski Sofia hall in the capital with a hard-fought victory after eight rounds of boxing.

The Bulgarian won over Juan Ruiz with 3:0 judges’ votes. The victory over Juan Ruiz Martin is the most prestigious in Georgiev’s career and his 12th in professional boxing. With this victory, Vladimir Georgiev entered the top 100 of the World Ranking.
